At Hula is Life, we want you to love the aloha spirit and comfort of our custom-printed Dolman apparel. Our Refund Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process for returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please review the details below to understand your options when shopping at www.hulaislife.com.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Custom-made or personalized apparel (e.g., custom-printed Dolmans).
  • Items marked as final sale.

Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay) within 5-7 business days.

Partial Refunds may apply if:

  • The item shows signs of use or damage not due to our error.
  • The item is returned without original packaging or tags.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@hulaislife.com.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product (e.g., same size and print), email us at support@hulaislife.com. We’ll provide instructions for returning the item and shipping a replacement.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges. Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Gifts

If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value via email. If the gift giver purchased the item and shipped it to themselves, we’ll refund them directly and notify them of the return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If approved for a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund. Delivery times for exchanged items vary based on your location.

Care Instructions for Returns

To ensure your Dolman apparel remains eligible for return, follow our care instructions (e.g., hand wash in cold water or machine wash in a bag on gentle mode, lay flat to dry). Items damaged due to improper care (e.g., wringing) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
