  • Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days after order processing.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Note: Production for custom-printed items may require an additional 2–5 business days before shipping.

International Shipping

  • Availability: Worldwide via USPS or UPS.

  • Cost: Varies by destination and weight, calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and location.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available only during special promotions announced on our website or social media pages — for example,
“Free Shipping for the First 50 Customers.”
Outside these promotional periods, regular shipping rates apply.


2. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Changes or Cancellations: Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled, as processing begins immediately.

  • Stock Availability: If an item is out of stock, you’ll be notified and fully refunded.


3. Delivery and Tracking

  • Tracking: You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order has shipped. You can also track it directly through USPS or UPS.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times do not include processing and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs inspection.

  • Risk of Loss: Once the order is handed to the carrier, Hula Is Life is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Customs Fees and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties required by their local authorities.

  • Shipping Limitations: We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders that cannot be delivered to certain regions due to carrier or legal restrictions.


5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

    • A clear unboxing video (required for verification).

    • Photos showing the damage.

    • Your order number.
      We will review your request and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Shipments: If your order hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery window, contact us to open a claim with the carrier. We’ll assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
