1. Scope of Application

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) of Hula Is Life LLC (“Seller”) apply to all contracts concluded between Hula Is Life LLC and the Customer (“Client”) relating to all apparel and lifestyle goods available at www.hulaislife.com.

1.2 By purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The inclusion of any conflicting terms from the Client is hereby excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.3 A Consumer is any individual acting for purposes outside their trade or profession. A Business Client refers to any entity purchasing goods for resale, business, or commercial purposes.


2. Conclusion of Contract

2.1 Product listings on our website do not constitute legally binding offers but serve as invitations to place an order.

2.2 The Client may submit an order using the online checkout form. By completing payment and confirming the order, the Client submits a binding offer to purchase the selected items.

2.3 The contract becomes binding once Hula Is Life LLC confirms the order via email or ships the products to the provided address.

2.4 Order details are stored electronically and can be accessed by contacting our customer support team.

2.5 The contract language is English. All communication, documentation, and support will be provided in English.


3) Right to Cancel

3.1 Once an order has been placed on www.hulaislife.com, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as processing begins immediately after confirmation to ensure timely fulfillment.

3.2 We do not accept requests for order cancellations, changes, or address modifications once payment has been completed. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.

3.3 In cases where an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability or technical error, Hula Is Life LLC reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

3.4 This policy ensures that production, packaging, and shipping schedules are not disrupted and that customers receive their orders as efficiently as possible.


4. Prices and Payment Conditions

4.1 All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.

4.3 The full payment amount is due upon checkout unless otherwise indicated.

4.4 Promotional prices, discounts, or coupon codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.


5. Shipping and Delivery Conditions

5.1 Hula Is Life offers U.S. and international shipping via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

5.2 Shipping fees and delivery times are shown at checkout. Free U.S. shipping is available for specific promotions (e.g., first 50 customers).

5.3 Once items are shipped, risk of loss passes to the Client. Hula Is Life is not liable for carrier delays, customs clearance issues, or delivery errors caused by incorrect addresses.


6. Reservation of Ownership

All goods remain the property of Hula Is Life LLC until payment has been received in full.


7) Warranty and Returns

7.1 All products are thoroughly inspected and packaged with care before shipping. Minor differences in color, design, or fabric texture may occur due to lighting or device display settings and are not considered defects.

7.2 In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, you must record a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time. This video serves as required proof for any return or refund request.

7.3 Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted, as we are unable to verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery.

7.4 To request a replacement or refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and the unboxing video link or file.

7.5 Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached and no signs of wear, washing, or damage.

7.6 This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or issues caused by improper handling or washing.


8. Promotional Vouchers

8.1 Promotional vouchers (e.g., “First 50 Free Shipping”) are valid only within the specified period and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8.2 Multiple vouchers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

8.3 If an order paid with a voucher is returned, the value of the voucher will not be refunded or reissued.

8.4 Vouchers are non-transferable and intended solely for the individual recipient.


9. Applicable Law

All legal relationships are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


10. Place of Jurisdiction

For all disputes arising from this agreement, the exclusive jurisdiction is the state or federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii, United States.


11. Code of Conduct

Hula Is Life LLC upholds fair-commerce principles and complies with U.S. consumer protection and e-commerce standards. We operate with integrity, transparency, and respect for customers and partners alike.


12. Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact our support team at support@hulaislife.com before taking formal legal action.
